Free Functional Fitness Personal Training Session

Before you start any of our classes we offer a free small group personal training session (in groups of 1-5). This allows you to have a "taster" of what we offer and allows us to individually assess where you are at so we can provide the best experience for you moving forward. This session runs every Wednesday at 6:30am. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL. In certain circumstances we can accommodate a time to suit the individual. Email us or Call Rowena on 0431584863.
