SHRED IT ASHMORE HIIT CLASS TODAY

Head to RAW IRON at 5:45pm today for our SHRED IT High Intensity Interval Training Class - 45 minutes of sweat and goal digging! Just to give you an idea below is what last week's session involved:


SHRED IT SESSION

2 rounds - 4 stations - teams of 6 working in pairs: 45 mins


Station 1: 
Partner 1. 500m row sprint + 10 burpees. Partner 2 starts when partner 1 has done row.
Teams rotate when rowing station is complete.

Station 2: AMRAP: 12 Air dyne calories, prowler sprint 20m, 10 jumping squats, prowler push 20m back - tag partner


Station 3: AMARAP: 5 strict chins, 10 x Russian twists 10/15kg (everyone working together)


Station 4: Tabata 20 sec on 10 sec off 
1) jumping lunges
                                                         2) walking push ups
                                                         3) kettle bell swings
                                                         4) V-ups
