Try CrossFit in Ashmore

Want to try CrossFit in an encouraging, community driven setting? Head to RAW IRON and try one of our CrossFit classes at our studio in Ashmore. 

Each class at CROSSFIT RI will more or less follow a structure like this:

* An active warm-up: running, cycling, rowing, sled pushes etc.
* A skill/strength/technique component: Gymnastics skills, Barbell strength or Barbell technique.
* A conditioning component, often referred to as a WOD “Workout of the Day.”
* An education: each class will include technique based instruction and high quality coaching.
