Winner of our 2nd 6 Week Challenge

Ange’s Story 28th June 2016

Since walking into Raw Iron I feel like I have finally found the right type of exercise for me. I have joined loads of gyms and lost interest quickly, I joined Outdoor Bootcamp type classes and lost interest...then I thought I would buy all the gear and ‘do it myself’ at the park, but umm that never happened.

So when I joined Raw Iron it was a relief to find something that was going to work for me. Something that I could stick at. Which I’m proud to say almost 12 months down the track - I have.

 Can you tell us why you decided to join Raw Irons 6 Week Challenge?

The next hurdle I’ve found I needed to face was nutrition. When to eat, how to eat and how much to eat.

This is why I wanted to do this 6-week challenge. I do shift work and it can get in the way of my training which subsequently leads to poor food choices. I'm tired of  juggling work and exercise but not seeing results.

In 6 weeks’ time I would love to be in a better routine with meal prep, have the knowledge about what I’m eating and why I’m eating it, to know how much to eat and also learn how to exercise to see results.

 Fast Forward 6 Weeks…August 12th 2016

I’m so glad I did this 6-week challenge. I’m eating better, cooking meals, training more and I now know how much to eat and when.

The best thing is that this is something I can just keep on doing, I’ve not felt restricted, and it’s awesome knowing what I’m putting into my body.

It’s made me realise that if I work hard I can see the results…this is just the beginning

 

ANGELA’S RESULTS

In 6 weeks Ange lost 3kg, over 6% Body fat and increased her muscle by just over 1kg.
